By purchasing a ticket to and attending the «Shift Happens» event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
02 Code of conduct
- No burnouts, donuts, launch control use, unnecessary revving, speeding, or any other reckless driving behaviour.
- All staff instructions and safety guidelines must be followed.
- Rule violations may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
- Every attendee is accountable for their own conduct and shows respect towards the venue, attendees and staff.
03 Liability disclaimer
- «Shift Happens» and its organizers accept no liability for personal injury, vehicle damage, loss, theft, or damage to property.
- Attendees assume all risks associated with participation.
- Organizers may refuse entry or remove attendees.
04 Ticket purchase and agreement
- Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds unless the event is canceled.
- Ticket holders indemnify the organizers from liability claims.
05 Event modifications and cancellation
Details remain subject to change, with advance notice where possible. Refunds or transfers are offered at the organizers' discretion if the event is canceled.
06 Photography and media
Media capture occurs throughout the event and may be used for promotional, marketing and media purposes.
07 Communications and marketing consent
Essential event communications are permitted. Marketing emails are sent only with explicit consent and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
08 Acceptance of terms
Ticket purchase and attendance confirm your full agreement.
